Sir i was submit GSTR1, it was filled successfully. but i forgot not mentioned 13 option (Documents issued). Please suggest me if any problem on that, any changes option in GSTR1 after submit ion for this probelm.

No need to worry about the mistake...
But,
File your future returns correctly....

Further to the reply provided by the earlier expert, there is no option to revise GST returns, as of now. So GSTR 1 cannot be amended or revised.
