please tell me anybody how to be taken input credit

There is three types of GST( CGST, SGST & IGST). Below is the system of Input Credit.
In case of CGST Liability , Ist adjust from CGST then IGST but not from SGST.
In case of SGST Liability, Ist adjust from SGST then IGST but not from CGST.
In case of IGST Liability, Ist adjust from IGST then CGST at the end from SGST.
Menas Cross utilisation of SGST & CGST not allowed.
