Hello
You can get your GST Registration on the residential address. As the home address is registered in the name of father, you may get a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE on plain blank paper from him along with the copy of the electricity bill in the name of father and apply for registration.

Agree with CA Shubhi. Another option could be to take the part of the house on rent and make rent agreement for the same.
