29 October 2021 As we r exporting goods under lut and doing zero rated supplies and we are receiving duty drawback too , so can we are eligible for itc refund .pls guide

31 October 2021 Yes you are eligible for refund of un-utilised ITC

02 November 2021 Please only claim lower duty drawback and not higher duty drawback.

02 November 2021 The concept of lower and higher drawback is discontinued since 1-10-2017
