PLEASE ADVISE THE GST RATE ON TRANSPORTATION FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER WHO IS NOT A GTA AND GST RATE ON RCM ON TRANSPORTATION FOR THE RECEIVER OF SERVICE WHO IS NOT A GTA
