02 June 2023 We are Electric Trader but for construct Godown we purchase cement and steel, where we received Input Credit on Cement & steel and also we want sale excess steel and cement with GST is it allow?

03 June 2023 under which section its allow to claim ITC on different material i.e. steel and cement

04 June 2023 Did you purchase cement and steel on b2b basis and ITC reflected in GSTR 2b in such a case claim ITC proportionately.
