We have office in Mumbai which is also GST registered, our Director who have home in Lucknow plans to buy some equipment there for office work.
Can we claim ITC if the invoices is billed in name of our company

If bills in the name of company then Yes, You can claim ITC.
But, check out the invoice and place of supply...
Bcoz, if supplier raised CGST and SGST then company can't claim ITC...

the supplier in lucknow have raised invoice with Bill to Mumbai & Ship to Lucknow and have charged us IGST , is it correct ?

if its incorrect, will it cause any problem in future if we utilise this IGST credit
