16 February 2018 A Proprietor already run a business in village and they want to open another new firm in city with New Name of firm with the same Proprietor then Is it required to take different GST Number for 2 business.

16 February 2018 Single GST number is okay. Include city address as additional place of business in the existing registration.

21 February 2018 It's not treated as Sale or Purchase. It's just treated "Branch Transfer - Intra State"...
Also no need Tax Invoice, Just with DC...
