Our consultant not avail the ITC.
How can avail this ITC?

If purchase invoice date is current financial year i.e. 2022-23 then you can avail the ITC.
21 February 2023
No purchase invoice date is last financial year 21-22
21 February 2023
you cannot take ITC as per GST rule.
