Sir We undertake PWD contracts, how to show the payment made to labours, also bills are made later so showing it within the time limit is difficult. What to do about this?

If the payment are made to labour to contractor, it will attract GST. However, if the payment is directly made to the labour, it will not attract GST. For the on time billing, you may change the cut-off date.
