Please tell me GST Applicable or not on Conveyance.

One Service Engineer Pvt Ltd provided Machine Service he is submitted bill like this.

Basic Amount of Repair Rs.4,700/-
Conveyance Rs. 3,000/-
IGST 18% on (7700*18%) Rs.1386/-

Total Rs.9,086/-

As per my knowledge

Basic Amount : 4700/-
Conveyance : 3000/-
IGST On (4700 * 18%) : 846/-
Total : 8546/-

Please give me replay which one is correct.

05 December 2017 GST should not be levied on conveyance amount.

05 December 2017 As per my view., The bill is correct... GST not applicable for the above said Conveyance... But, he is add the conveyance in his invoice. So, GST applicable for the additional charges as per principle supplies...
