Gst applicability on vessel agency charges

We are providing supporting services in India to a foreign Vessel which has Registered at Switzerland.

when we prepare our bill for services, we have to claim IGST OR CGST, SGST

Please Note, The vessel owner was not register in India.

Please clarify

01 September 2017 Place of provision of service is the location of the vessel so cgst and sgst applicable.

02 September 2017 Kindly let us know the place of supply of service. If its situated outside India, it would be export of service and accordingly relevant law will be applicable. You may refer www.gstkendra.com

05 September 2017 Thank you for the valuable information, we are giving our services to Foreign Vessel which is arrived at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (supply of service at Kakinada) and for the service, we are receiving funds in Foreign Exchange from Vessel owner located at Singapore.
