CAN WE CHARGE GST ON SERVICES PROVIDED TO ENTITY THAT PROVIDE EXCLUSIVELY EXEMPT SERVICES (LIKE EDUCATION SERVICES)?

If services provided by you are not exempted under GST , You as a supplier has to charge GST irrespective of recipient providing exempted services .
They may claim GST refund for their input services

RATE OF GST : NIL / Serial No. 66 of Notification No. 12/2017- Central Tax (Rate) dated 28th June, 2017
SAC CODE 9992 Services provided –
(a) by an educational institution to its students,faculty and staff;
(b) to an educational institution, by way of,
(i) transportation of students, faculty and staff;
(ii) catering, including any mid-day meals scheme sponsored by the Central Government, State Government or Union territory;
(iii) security or cleaning or housekeeping services performed in such educational institution;
