I have registered under GST as a trader & I have own shop on which I am receiving 20,000/- pm as a rent.
Do i also need to pay gst on rent?

Where your trading business is under your PAN as well as the ownership of property then GST will be payable on rent also. Composition Scheme will not be available to you.
