What will be maximum exemption in case of gratuity,350000 or10 Lakhs, in November 2010 CA Exam.

Corresponding amendment in section 10(10)(iii) has been made vide CBDT Notification No.43/2010 dated 11/06/2010. In view of the six months gap, this amendment is not applicable for November 2010 CA examination.
