01 December 2009 Ques: Pleae Let me know whether we make the payment before 21st of the month of VAT payment date than the 10 days grace period for uploading E-return is allowed or not if yes than ehich circular covers?

01 December 2009 The Due date of payment of Monthly Vat Return will be 21 st of next month & the date of efiling will be the 10 days. The due date is the last date of making the payment. It is not binding on you that you have to paid the Tax on 21 st. You can also made the payment from 1st to 21st on any date.
