In goods transport agency whether service provider can pay tax taking abatement of 75% and whether service receiver can claim it or not???

Yes Ankita it is not the option it is the rule which u have to follow. Like for Rs100 Service u have to pay ST only on RS25.

And also confirm that cenvat credit is not admissible on this 25%.
