Suppose i m a transporter and i used my pen card . than sir can u tell me only this
1-In which Form i will fill my return itr4 or 4s.
2-which rate i will calculate my tax means slab rate or firm rate 30%.
plz sir reply

27 December 2011 If you opt for presumptive income, then you will file ITR 4S.

The slab rate applicable will be normal slab rate applicable to an individual.
