Can a Private Limited Company Gift an Immovable Property to another Private limited company. If yes, Please guide me about the procedure.

Dear Nitin, a company being a person in eyes of law can always gift properties. While gifting immovable properties the company needs to comply with section 180 of the 2013 Act.
