You have to get your TAN registered on NSDL site. Procedure is given in the following link:
https://www.tin-nsdl.com/Online_TAN_Registration.asp
After registration login to your TAN account on NSDL. There is a provision for generation of 16A. Give answers to questions asked and Form 16A will be sent to your mail in text file which can be converted to PDF from the software available there.
