This query is : Resolved

30 April 2014 if any person is not having PAN, as his income is less than exemption limit, but he is receiving interest from bank exceeding Rs. 10000.00 & he wants to furnish form 15G/H for non deduction of TDS. Can he do so without mentioning PAN in declaration form (15G/H)?

30 April 2014 Income below taxable limit does not mean you can't have a PAN. Apply for PAN & then submit Form 15G/H as it is required for correct filing of your details. Otherwise, 20% TDS will be deducted.
