freight paid to a person in a date for different lorrys

If we pay freight to a person, having more than one lorry, in a day and the sum of the freight paid to the person exceeds 750/-(e.g. for lorry abc 340/-, cde 570/-, xyz 850/-.) Then what is the treatment for service tax.

the service tax on GTA is not number of Lorries. it based on the status of the person whether he is individual or firm or company.
34/2004 dtd 03/12/2004 says that the gross amounton consighment on transportation of goods carrige doesnt exceeds 1500 or the gross amount charged on invidual consigment transported goods carriage doesnt exceeds 750/-
