Freezing of cenvat facility

19 December 2013 Respected Sir,
Is there any rule sir,that if an assessee pay late(PLA) in a particular financial period then his cenvat facility is freezed for couple of months.

19 December 2013 no there is no such rules but there is time limit to pay excise duty else int and penalty will bw applicable.
