Formation of finance company

I want to form SAUMYA MICRO FINANCE COMPANY relating to sec.8 of co.act2013 but form inc-1 was rejected by MCA in the process of name approval.however I observed that such type of many company are in existence.

What reason they have mentioned for rejection of your form?

Name availability guidelines are now changed. i think for finance company, Approval of RBI is required.
