Dear sir, I have received my refunds for AY 2011-12 and AY 2010-11. However, the refund for AY 2009-10 still awaited. My form 26AS showing full tax credit, as I had claimed in my return of AY 2009-10. Therefore, I want to write a reminder letter to my concerned ITO. Can you please provide me format of a reminder letter. Thanks in advance.
