Return of allotment has to be made within 30 days from allotment of shares.
In case the allotment is done in time but form no 2 could not be filed within 30 days what should be done?

Can file e-form 2 now with normal and additional fee.

There is no need to worry as you can file form 2 with late fee.

But while prescrutinising the form, an error message appears that "you need to file the separate form since 30 days has expired"
