08 October 2010 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please suggest me to complete the form in filling appropriately the following item :

- Income Tax paid for the year 2008-09


Should we fill in the Form ITR-4 - Part A-OI - Field 11. a., which is as under :

11 - Any amount debited to profit and loss account of the previous year but disallowable under section 43B:-
a. Any sum in the nature of tax, duty, cess or fee under any law

I shall wait for your response.

Pl show the amount in part A-OI, Field 8A c
since the said amount is disallowable under section 40(a)(ii) and not under 43B.
