I HAVE MORE THAN 15 COMPOSITION DEALERS REGISTERED UNDER GST, SO ALL THESE DEALERS HAVE TO FILE FORM GSTR 3B WITH IN DUE DATE OF 20TH AUGUST
PLEASE CLARIFY ME

No need for composition dealer to file GSTR 3b.

Yes it will be exempt from the ambit of reverse charge.

persons small tax payers like, jewellery shop whose purchases almost from unregistered dealers below 5000/- in single day self purchased invoice like 3000/-, 1500/- in single day it will not attract tax under reverse mechanism scheme
