2. When should Form GNL-2 be filed.!!

04 August 2014 ADT - 1 i.e notice to the ROC by company for the appointment of Auditors is required to be filed as an annexure to GNL-2 (Reference: General Circular No. 09/2014 dated 25/04/14)
Please annex the ADT 1 (Digitally Signed)+ Resolution Copy + Letter from Auditor in the optional attachment tab of the GNL-2 and submit it to ROC.

The ADT-1 is required to be filed within the 15 days from the AGM in which Auditor has appointed.
