C forms should be issue for assessble value plus tax amount. In assessble value Excies, cess, freight or other charges is inclued on which cst chargted, C forms should be issue for such amount also.

Thanks for your reply. But, is there any notification available in which clearly mentioned that Form 'C' should be inclusive of CST amount? Please let me know sir.
If Form 'C' received for only Taxable amount (exclusive of CST amount) of Invoice, it may be create a problem at the time of assessment that Form 'C' received short amount and Sales Dept might be create levy.
