My client has not filed balance sheet for 31/03/2011 with roc.
Only filed up to march 2010.
My query is, is it require to file all due balance sheet and annual report for filing Form 8 i.e. Creation of charge. which is created on 23/01/2012

Form 8 can be filed now even though B/S as on 31/03/2011 is not filed.
