Is it compulsary to attach consent letter of director while appointing director in company while e filing form no 32?

Section 264 says consent to act as director need not be filed with ROC in the case of private limited companies.

Agree with Sir.
But if possible always collect consent letter from director irrespective of the co. status and attach with form-32.
