Dear All,
One of my clients had paid tax according to Sec 115JB of Income Tax for FY 2016-17. Should we have to file form 29B and what is the due date of this form?

e-filing of form 29B is mandatory in the referred case.

Presumably 31-10-2017 since it has to be filed electronically vide proviso to rule12(2) and the date of uploading has to be mentioned in form ITR-6.
