Form 26as conversion

I have a query on Form 26AS downloaded from IT dept. Whenever Form 26AS downloaded in text format, what is the procedure to be followed for conversion it in excel format ?? please help me in this regard.

07 March 2013 For Excel 2007

Open a new excel workbook.
Click on Data
Click on "From Text"
Select The file which you want to import.

Then you will have option of marking columns.
