12 April 2013 Dear Sir,
While filing form 24Q for the 4th quarter, there is an additional Ann. II, wherein, there is a column of total salary.
Suppose an employee came in the office on 1 July 2012. then in the total salary column, I should fill his salary received from 1 July 2012 to 31 March 2013 received only in our office
or
I should fill total salary from 1 April to 31 March 2013, which includes 3 months salary received in another offfice and they deducted tds thereon in their office.

Please advise me.
It's urgent.

10 July 2013 No his gross salary from your company should only be mentioned but while calculating TDS you have to deduct on the basis of computation.
