In Form 23B we have given AGM date as 31/08/2012 although it was 30/09/2012.This Form has now been approved also.Can this form be revised if yes then what are further documents need to be attached with this rectified form.

File another form 23B and along with other attachments, attach a letter that it was a clerical mistake and to rectify this form this form has been filed.
