04 September 2012 Hey I have mentioned accounting period as 01/04/2010 to 31/03/2011 instead of 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012. is there any procedure of rectification?
please if you can give my any suggestion.

No, in Form-23B financial year is required from 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012 as per new circular. Before that period u can use Z99999999 in Form-23AC when giving details of Auditors.
