Form 23ACA is used for filling profit & loss account & other documents with the registrar.My question is that in case of newly set up company that is incorporated in jan.2009, & at present it is incurring pre operative expenses and it has not filles annual return for the F/Y 2008 - 2009 yet. What will be the treatment be given for the F/Y 2009 - 2010.explain?

All figures would be nil. Based on the 23ACA that i had filed for a company incorporated last to last year. We had filed nil figures in 23ACA. The form was approved.
