R the new forms 23AC AND 23ACA notified for for uploading and filing. Pl clarify on urgent basis.
For Non Xbrl Already There.

As per Notification issued by MCA on 21.09.2012, the new Form 23AC & ACA will be filed by company in liew of old Form-23AC & ACA.
The new Form come in to effect from 30.09.2012. This Notification is applicable to companies whom XBRL filing is not required.
