When I am uploading form 23AC then it shows 2 option for attaching either 23ACA or additional attachment?
Please tell me how to proceed thereafter?
Is it necessary to upload both the forms together?

Yes, when the ask for another form 23AC then you upload the same after Form-23AC because the both form will be uploaded and one challan will be generated for the same.

Forms 23AC and 23ACA are to be filed together.
