24 September 2012 Kindly tell me that Form 23 is required to be filed for every resolution or is there any specific criteria for this.

When the AGM is held then the ordinary business which are transacted there are also resolutions , so this Form 23 is required to be filed in that case or not ?

I think, Form-23A is not applicable from The Companies Amendment Act, 2000 because section 204A is omitted from 13.12.2000.

So Form-23A is not in force.
