Dear Experts,

Please let me know whether the Form 22A under section 171 (2) of the Companies Act, 1956 is as it is applicable under section 101 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 or there is any new form provided by the MCA.

15 June 2014 As per my knowledge no new form has been prescribed in place of old form 22A.

So modify the same form as per CA 2013 and use it. Further request you to wait for the opinion of other expert in this regard.
