While filing Form 2 for ESOP allocation,

whether the shares should be considered as "shares issued for consideration in cash" or "Shares allotted for consideration otherwise than in cash"

The shares are issued at less than FMV.

At the time of filing of Form-2 for ESOP, please check at general meeting at which price the shares are issued under ESOP will be taken and it will be shares issued for consideration in cash.
