Form 18 for reconstitution of firm

05 May 2018 While filling Form 18,we have a doubt.In point 4,it is asking to fill the "Date and particulars of approval of trade/firm name obtained from the council(applicable to cases where the firm was started on or after 01.01.1983".What to fill in that?
