Board resolution has passed to change the place of registered office on 4/7/2011 and now i wants to file form 18. Is it possible to file now? What is the penalty for late filing??

05 August 2011 If authorised capital is less than 25,00,000 lacs , then penalty will be 600.

If authorised capital is 25,00,000 lacs or more , then penalty will be 1000.
Provided you should file the form on or before 60 days from the date of passing board resolution.
