Dear All,
Board resolution has passed to change the place of registered office on 4/7/2011 and now i wants to file form 18. Is it possible to file now? What is the penalty for late filing??

If authorised capital is less than 25,00,000 lacs , then penalty will be 600.
If authorised capital is 25,00,000 lacs or more , then penalty will be 1000.
Provided you should file the form on or before 60 days from the date of passing board resolution.
If authorised capital is 25,00,000 lacs or more , then penalty will be 1000.
