I hereby request to all people please resolve my query that "What is the usage of Form-17 of Income tax" (which is applicable of April'09 onwards)

I am asking about Form-17 of Income Tax.
Now income tax deptt. or say central govt. wants to its reach on every person income and they want that every person should gave the detail of his income for ITD.
You should be aware about the coming changes in the PAN application form.
