Can I issue Form 16A for TDS on Royalties paid to a foreign co.by a company which has a subsidiary/division in India? Is the Form No. same? & if yes How to do that as we can not do E-TDS of TDS deducted of this Co.

From Apr 2011 onwards a company cannot issue TDS certificate by itself. It should be down loaded from the NSDL WEBSITE after filing the e TDS returns.
