23 January 2013 Respected Sir,

Income Tax Department have discontinued the facility of downloading Form 16 A. So now on wards is there any way from where we can download Form 16 A ?

Please help in this regards.

24 January 2013 Sir,open www.tdscpc.gov.in website. click Register as new user and select DEDUCTOR and proceed. Now you are in step 1. Give TAN and a token no.of a recently filed TDS Return in the same TAN and click proceed. Now you are in step2. You have to again give a Token no. for the asked Quarter in the screen and required details as CIN, 3 PAN and Tax Deducted on the same PAN. In step 3 you have to give the PAN & Date of Birth of the Authorized Person and his/her Designation in the Organisation. In Step 3 You have to give address and Mobile no. Email ID details for sending activating codes. Then you have to give User ID and password, after all click CONFIRM. You must activate this within 24 hours by clicking in the link sent to the given mail ID. After activating you may request for Form 16/16A, and other requests as in TIN-NSDL.

24 January 2013 Sir , its not working they are showing invalid details, i have checked it twice but no error from my side, might be some technical error.

25 January 2013 Mehta Sir. Pl see the "popular FAQ" on the tdscpc (TRACES) site. Follow the rules for entering data. Then it would accept you Registration. For entering CIN and PAN there are some significant rules given.I also suffered many times and finally I have registered some TANs and keep on. So try carefully.
