21 June 2011 Our ex-director is asking 2 different Form 16 for service rendered in previous year.
He is asking in 2 different name. For ex: his name is R.Bhaskar. He is asking for 1 certificate in the name of R.Bhaskar by mentioning his PAN NO. For another in the name of Bhaskar.R and PAN status as APPLIED. Can we issue 2 FORM 16 in different names?
