My interest income is Rs110000/ for F>Y 2011-12.MY income from private tutions is Rs100000/ for F.Y 2011-12.I have invested Rs70000/ in ppf A/c.Can i give form 15g for non deduction of TDS.I am 35 years old male.please reply me immediately

15G can be given if the interest income is less than rs. 50000/-

there is no such rule . u can give 15G as long as ur interest income does not exceed the basic ex limit.

Hi,Even if you give 15G now,Your TDS must have been deducted in qtrs & any way you have to file return.

In modification of my earlier reply i submit that given the details of your income u can give form 15G but the tax might have already been deducted by payers
